Tum Dena Saath Mera's core service — profile creation, discovery, interests, messaging — is and will remain free. Paid add-ons (when launched) follow this refund policy:

• Refund & Cancellation: For Matrimony Services, users may cancel their membership or service request at any time; however, once a profile verification, matchmaking process, promotional activity, or premium service has been initiated, the amount paid shall be non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the registered email or official support channel, and approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• ID-verified fast-track: Non-refundable once the verification is decisioned.
• Connect Plan (when enabled): 100% refundable within 24 hours of purchase if the service hasn't started.
• Premium Plan (when enabled): 100% refundable within 24 hours of purchase if the service hasn't started.
• Refund Mode: All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
